With over 25 years of experience in education and a master’s degree in Elementary Education, Saundra Reece is a dedicated and accomplished leader in shaping young minds. A North Carolina native and long-time resident of the Triad, Saundra has spent more than two decades investing in her community. As a mother of four adult children and a proud grandmother, she deeply understands the transformative power of family and the strength of a supportive community.

Saundra’s passion lies in nurturing each child’s unique potential and inspiring them to grow into the confident, purpose-driven leaders of tomorrow. Rooted in a biblical worldview, she embraces the opportunity to guide students toward academic excellence while instilling timeless values of faith, integrity, and service. Saundra is honored to lead Heritage Christian Academy as it fulfills its mission of providing individualized, faith-based education, equipping students to be ready for tomorrow while remaining firmly rooted in their faith.
